Remember the days when people used to write letters? Maybe you had a pen pal when you were a child and you would wait anxiously for the mailman to arrive because he might just have a little envelope addressed to you. Maybe you were dating someone and unbeknownst to anyone in the world, he or she used to write the most beautiful letters to you. You would sit up at night reading them and quickly hide them in the shoebox under your bed if you heard someone coming. Yes, of course, things have changed, but that is totally fine. See, even in the age of email, Facebook, and texts -nothing is stopping us from writing letters. Letters still have amazing power and personal reach. In my book, Through the Eyes of Another, I stress how important and life changing it is to write letters to others. But you know what? You deserve a letter too!
Yes, it’s time you wrote yourself a letter. It’s time you looked at your life from an outsider’s perspective and take an objective, yet positive account of your life as a whole. Out of all the letters that we may write to our loved ones, this one tends to be the most healing and beneficial. It stands to reason that as human beings it tends to be easier to look outside rather than look inside of ourselves. We seem to grasp why people do certain things, yet we have a tough time analyzing why we did some of the things we did in our lives. The purpose of this letter is not to judge yourself, but rather it is to come to terms with what has happened and letting the past go.
Consider this letter a review of your past, accompanied with a positive roadmap for the future. You, as an outsider writing to yourself, will see more clearly how things happened, why things happened, and how you are making positive changes. This doesn’t mean you won’t have to delve into painful memories of the past, but the outcome should result in letting go of any negativity and seeing your true beautiful soul shining through. Make sure you start your letter with the things you love about yourself and all the wonderful things you’ve accomplished in your life. We tend to forget those and too often put ourselves down. I’ve had clients say that they really had a tough time writing things they liked about themselves, but after they wrote their letters, they felt so good. So write a positive, loving letter to yourself! The universe already knows that you are a magnificent, lovable being…and you should know that too!
Angel blessings to you!

Balboa Press—the self-publishing division of Hay House Publishing—announced Monday that Hay House has acquired a title for publication.
Through the Eyes of Another: A Medium’s Guide to Creating Heaven on Earth by Encountering Your Life Review Now, authored by Karen Noe, and originally published through Balboa, will be re-released through Hay House in early 2012. Noe, a native of River Vale, NJ, was excited to realize her lifelong dream of becoming a Hay House author.
“I joined Balboa Press after having a spiritual vision to do so, and I’m so happy that I did!” Noe commented. “It has been an amazing experience, every step of the way. And after just nine months with Balboa, to have been asked by Reid Tracy, the president of Hay House, to come on board; it really is a dream come true.”
In Through the Eyes of Another, Noe—a psychic medium—shares with readers how to make amends with living and deceased loved ones by undertaking a life review. Noe suggests to readers the writing different types of letters to help you to see the “bigger picture of how you are affecting those in your path.”
Additionally, Noe shares her personal journey of transformation brought about by following this path and goes on to show how readers can change the direction of their lives. These messages of transformation and hope have appealed to readers and were a primary reason for Hay House’s acquisition of the title.
“Karen has such a special message of hope to share with readers that we felt it was important to put the resources of Hay House behind getting this book out to a wider audience,” said Tracy. “We’re thrilled to welcome her aboard, and we’re pleased the Balboa Press partnership is helping bring talented new writers like Karen to our attention.”

One area that may be hampering peace in our lives often goes unnoticed. It is so engrained in our daily routine that we often don’t see it or realize it. In our quest to find peace and let go of the past, we tend to leave one string attached. That string is called JUDGMENT.
Don’t mistake this with having good judgment. That is a positive thing in our lives. Analyzing situations and making good decisions is a true blessing. It’s when judgment becomes personal that we often run into trouble. When you think about it, people are way too complex to be judged. Life is such a long, complicated story – so judging someone on one action or situation would not make any sense. Seeing through the other person’s eyes and then forgiving him or her can help us to create peace in our lives. Forgiveness is a letting go of what was done and moving forward towards a path of love – with no strings attached. Remember the saying, “It’s not the snake bite that kills you; it’s the venom that is left behind.” It is also true that our judgment of others can make us feel judged as well. If we judge others, we subconsciously think that others look at us in the same way. Let’s not waste our time on those things. Let’s walk around with a smile because not only can we spread love, but we ARE love as well.
Most importantly, stop judging yourself! Of you course we’ve made mistakes. However, we cannot be judged on a single moment in time. We are always a work in progress moving toward our best self. We must stop being so hard on ourselves and instead look forward to the greatness that lies ahead of us.
Remember that you are a beautiful soul that needs to be free and at peace. Admitting you have faults doesn’t make you bad – it makes you humble and human. Dwelling on those faults, however, is not the answer. Use that energy in a positive direction and commit to making transformative changes in your life. The results will lead to a freedom and love you’ve never experienced before.
Angel blessings to you!

Does your life really flash before your eyes in a near death situation? The simple answer is no. The better answer is that it’s way deeper than that. According to those who have had near death experiences, such as Dannion Brinkley, you literally become the characters in the movie of your life. Brinkley was pronounced dead for 28 minutes after a lightning strike on September 17th, 1975 and came back a changed man. Countless people have experienced near death experiences, and it is the common themes in their stories that confirm what most of us already know – there is an afterlife, and it’s beautiful. Near death accounts tell of the loving energy, out of body experiences, and approaching a radiant beautiful light. However, Dannion’s experience is unique in the fact that his account is one of the most detailed to date. One of the details Brinkley goes into is one that is a central aspect of my latest book – the panoramic life review. We often hear the phrase, “I saw my life flash before my eyes.” However, when one begins to make that transition from the physical world into the spiritual world, it is not so much a flash, but rather a very deep and emotional interaction.
How many times have you said to yourself, “If I only knew what he/she was thinking…” Don’t worry, you will.
When your body passes into the spiritual realm, you will essentially press the replay button on the story of your life. You will travel back in time and see the thousands of people you have encountered in your lifetime. The unique and amazing part of this experience is that, unlike watching a replay on your television where you simply see characters re-enact situations, you will actually be there in that moment, experiencing everyone’s emotions are if they were your own. You will actually get to feel how your words and actions have affected all the people in your life.
My question is simply this, why do we have to wait until death or near death to experience something so positively transformative in our lives? We don’t! If you are living and reading this, please understand that the time for your panoramic life review is NOW! This is the message Brinkley has been sent back to tell us. You’re living out your life story right now – don’t wait for the replay. You have a chance in the present to release any guilt or resentment you may have in your heart. You have a chance to leave this life with no regrets.
But how? Well, like many instances in our lives, the answer is very simple – with a letter. Write your loved ones a positive letter telling them how much they mean to you and what you cherish about them. Also, speak about any regrets and resentments you may have had, and let the letter be the cleansing of those regrets and resentments. This is not the easiest thing to do, but it is “eternally” worth it. My letters to my family were not easy ones to write, but they have made all the difference, not only in our communication with each other, but in the peace that now exists between all of us. Take advantage of this fulfilling and life changing exercise while you’re here on earth. Experience your life review and try to see through the eyes of others now, before it is too late.
Angel Blessings to you.

“Dance like nobody’s watching; love like you’ve never been hurt. Sing like nobody’s listening; live like it’s heaven on earth.” This quote truly reflects the attitude we should have toward the gift bestowed upon us called “life.” Maybe you’ve seen this quote in action. You’re at a wedding, taking it all in, doing your usual people watching. Suddenly, you get on the dance floor and are having a great time, but you’re so worried that you may look funny. You start to feel embarrassed and then it hits you. You are just out there living in the moment, living free, and feeling great! Don’t you wish you could live that way all the time?
We live in world filled with voices and eyes. Voices that tell us what we should be doing and thinking, and eyes that are often are judging us. But whose voices are they any way? Why do we have to live up to their expectations? Are their standards even right? So it becomes a question of whose voices and whose eyes truly matter. While there are certainly people close to you whose opinions and thoughts are truly founded in your best interests, your focus should first and foremost be on what feels right from within yourself. We live in a world of love and abundance, so enjoy it! So get your dancing shoes ready!!! The time to be happy is now!

Victor is an innovator, composer, arranger, producer, vocalist, and multi-instrumentalist. He is a skilled naturalist and teacher, a published author, and a five-time Grammy award winner. He is known for his solo recordings and tours, and as a member of the Grammy-winning super-group, Bela Fleck and the Flecktones, has won most every major award given to a bass guitarist. He was voted Bassist of the year by Bass Player Magazine three times, and is the only person to have won the award more than once. His uncanny skills and growing popularity lead to recordings and performances with artists such as Bruce Hornsby, Dave Matthews, Prince, and the soundtrack of the Disney film Country Bears.
His Bass/Nature Camp has helped hundreds of musicians of all ages from every corner of the world. Continuing to grow as a person, artist, and teacher, Victor is always willing to share his gifts with all who desire to learn.
We’ll be talking about one of his latest releases “The Music Lesson” which incorporates spirituality and music. “The Music Lesson” is in both book and cd form, and is the story of a struggling young musician who wanted music to be his life, and who wanted his life to be great. Then, from out of nowhere, a teacher named “Michael” arrives. Part musical genius, part philosopher, part eccentric wise man, the teacher guides the young musician on a spiritual journey, and teaches him that the gifts we get from music mirror those from life, and every movement, phrase, and chord has its own meaning…All we have to do is find the song inside. J

My experiences as a psychic medium leave me in awe and amazement on a daily basis. I wish everyone could have the chance to visit me at the Angel Quest Center and have a life changing experience, but because I’m booked for over two years and have stopped taking appointments for now, I have some great news! You can drastically improve your life and your relationships by addressing a few things right here in the physical realm. Simply becoming more aware of yourself and others can make you a “psychic” in our own right.
There’s a show on television called The Mentalist, where the lead character uses his amazing abilities to solve crimes. He attributes his success not to his psychic abilities, but to his keen ability to detect the details of life. In other words, he is the ultimate observer. His acute sense of body language, tone, and emotions allow him to put together a clear picture of what happened in the past or what will happen in the future. People’s responses also clue him in to what a person might be saying or hiding. This kind of analysis makes you think; couldn’t we use this kind of awareness to improve our human relations and our lives?
“I wish I knew what my husband wanted?” “What does she really feel?” “Why does my Father act this way?” “What is my child really thinking?” These are common questions we all ask ourselves at some point in our lives and often we are desperate to know the answers. Here’s the exciting news – it doesn’t take your psychic abilities to figure them out. It is time for us to enter the world of “the mentalist.” It is so delightfully fitting that the following three concepts are the same three they teach you in a CPR class. That’s right, we’re going to bring your relationships back to life!
1. Look:
Become the ultimate observer. Whenever or where ever you have the chance to sit back and “people watch,” do it! Be still and find a place of non-judgment in your heart. Simply observe facial expressions, body language, tone, and mannerisms. Be careful to observe how the actions of one person affect the other’s reactions. We can learn so much about how to communicate with others by watching others communicate. In the end we want to ask ourselves, “What do we look and sound like, and how do people react to us?”
2. Listen:
The common cliché that says we have two ears and one mouth so we can listen twice as much as we speak holds so much truth that it’s hard to deny. The universe’s cute little built-in ratio will yield us huge dividends if we apply it. The less we speak and the more questions we ask, the better our understanding of human beings becomes. Give yourself the opportunity to listen because the increased knowledge of people, situations, and emotions holds the key to the most important thing in life – the truth!
3. Feel:
This is the toughest one but we’re all capable of doing it. It is the ability to feel what someone else is feeling — empathy! The truth is that nobody really knows what we go through but us. A man will never actually know what it feels like to be pregnant. With that said, any man or women will tell you that even a small fraction of empathy and compassion can mean the world to someone. It can change outcomes in an instant. If we focus on opening our hearts and letting all judgment go, we can attempt to enter someone else’s world. Stepping into their world even for an instant can give us a much clearer vision of them and understand everything else so much more as well.
Angel Hugs:)
