Annie Kagan, Author of “The Afterlife of Billy Fingers: How My Bad-Boy Brother Proved to Me There’s Life After Death,” Will Be My Guest on the Next Angel Quest Radio Show on June 1 at 1:05pm

May 18th, 2013 → 4:48 pm @

I’m happy to announce that Annie Kagan, author of “The Afterlife of Billy Fingers: How my Bad-Boy Brother Proved to Me There’s Life After Death,” will be my guest on the next Angel Quest Radio Show on Saturday, June 1 at 1:05pm Eastern Time. Annie began writing songs at the age of fourteen. At fifteen, she was signed by a producer from Columbia Records.  At sixteen, she was performing in New York City cafes and clubs. After ten years as a songwriter and performer, Annie returned to college, graduating with honors, and became a Doctor of Chiropractic with a successful private practice on Manhattan’s Upper East Side.

Attracted to Eastern spiritual traditions, Annie studied yoga and pursued an intense meditation practice. Following her inner voice, she left her career as a doctor and abandoned her hectic city life in search of serenity in a small house by the bay on the tip of Long Island. Annie returned to songwriting, collaborating with Grammy and Emmy award-winning producer Brian Keane. When her brother Billy died unexpectedly and began speaking to her from the afterlife, her future took a surprising turn. She has masterfully combined her talents as a lyricist, performer and healer in order to touch the lives of others with Billy’s communications from the other side in her book “The Afterlife of Billy Fingers: How My Bad-Boy Brother Proved to Me There’s Life After Death.” Find out more about Annie on her web site at www.anniekagan.com.

During the second half of the show, I will be talking about how we can raise our vibration to enhance our communication with deceased loved ones and the angels. So tune in to www.wrcr.com on June 1 at 1:05pm Eastern Time.

(Just click onto “listen live.”) It’s going to be a great show!

After Losing a Loved One, The Doorway to Peace is Perception

May 16th, 2013 → 8:29 am @

“Inner peace will not come from a change in circumstances; it will come from a change in your perception of them.” – Through the Eyes of Another: A Medium’s Guide to Creating Heaven on Earth by Encountering Your Life Review Now

You know the saying, “When it rains, it pours”? Sometimes, tragedies come down in torrential downpours, making us feel like we have to struggle to even come up for air. While grief over the passing of loved ones doesn’t go away, the worry and guilt so often associated with loss can and should be released – which we can do once our loved ones let us know they are okay.

In my first book, The Rainbow Follows the Storm, I talk about my first reading ever, which was with a woman named Barbara who had just lost both of her parents in quick succession. I was so nervous, and I wasn’t sure if her parents would come through, or if anyone would come through. But as I relaxed, opening up to hearing what I needed to hear, it seemed like every member of Barbara’s passed family was lining up to come through, including her father, and especially her mother! Both parents had already been sending her messages that they were okay; she just hadn’t realized it.

When Barbara’s mother first came through in that reading, she showed me an image of Barbara looking out of her window at an angel holding a seashell. When I asked Barbara what that meant, she told me that earlier that day she had been looking through her window at the statue of a cherub pouring water into a shell. As she stood at the window, she had silently asked her mother to please let her know that she was all right.

That reading lasted four hours – because once her relatives started talking, they didn’t want to stop. We heard from Aunt Grace, Aunt Emma, Uncle Everett, Mom, Dad – the whole gang. And when it ended, Barbara felt so much better knowing that her parents – and the rest of her family – were okay, and very much aware of what she was doing.

When we lose a loved one, it’s normal to grieve that they are no longer here to physically hold us in their arms. But we also need to realize that they aren’t really gone. Their love for us continues, as does their need to care for us. We want to know that they’re okay, but they are on the other side wanting to make sure we are too. Energy doesn’t disappear; it just changes form. Once you hold onto that perception, that life continues – and more importantly, that love continues – it’s much easier to find peace.

Special Words From Your Deceased Loved Ones

May 10th, 2013 → 4:13 pm @

You don’t need to be a medium to connect meaningfully with your deceased loved ones and angels; they’re trying to communicate with you all the time! And, they try in many different ways, but very often through signs. This month, keep an eye out for words that appear to you. Whether they are on billboards you notice, bumper stickers on cars that cut you off, a book that flips open to a certain page, or even a song that comes on just when you turn on the radio, the other side puts these words in front of you for a reason.

One of my clients, now passed, is an expert at sending these types of messages. If you’ve read my first book The Rainbow Follows the Storm, you already know about Stormy; but for those of you who haven’t, here’s her story. I met Stormy near the end of her life, and even though she had been ill with diabetes for a long time, she was one of those rare people with incredible personal energy and strength of spirit. Before her passing, she promised me that she would contact me to let me know she was okay – and she has been, to this day. Stormy turns stereos on and even broadcasts certain songs, like “the blind can see” (her eyesight had been very bad near the end, and she wanted to tell me she could see again). At the very end of her life, Stormy decided she wanted to rename herself “Rainbow,” and on the anniversary of her death, I found a gift from another client in my mailbox. The gift was a basket of angel cards with beautiful sayings on them, and as I opened the plastic wrap, one card fell out of my hand and drifted to the floor. It said “Guardian angel, help me remember: The rainbow follows the storm.”

Signs from your loved ones come in many forms, and the more you learn to recognize them, the more you and your passed loved ones will find the peace that comes with knowing that love lives on.

Many Blessings to you!

What Happens to Us After We Die? Near Death Experiences Will Be the Topic of the Next Angel Quest Radio Show on Saturday, May 4 at 1:05pm Eastern Time

April 27th, 2013 → 12:42 pm @

We’ll be talking about Near Death Experiences on the next Angel Quest Radio Show, and two of my three guests are returning from a previous broadcast that was on the same subject.

Eos Isabel Yolanda will be my first guest, and she’s going to be discussing the two near death experiences that she’s had. Eos is a clairvoyant, empath, psychic medium, angel channel, energy healer, and pet psychic. She has had a thriving professional practice in Sedona, Arizona for over ten years.  She was born with a vivid recall of her last lifetime, and has always been able to communicate with guardian angels, spirit guides, and nature spirits. You can visit her on her web site at www.silent-love.com.

Amy Toy will then join us to talk about her life changing near death experience. Amy has been doing readings and corresponding with the angelic realm for over thirty years. Amy’s first encounter with the angelic realm started as a child. She has had a special affinity with the angels ever since, and has received invaluable guidance and insights from these wondrous beings of positive energy. A near death experience in 2000 helped her encounter angelic helpers once again, and from that moment on, she realized that her calling was to use the knowledge and skills she gained to help others who may be in need of reaching out to the angelic realm themselves. You can visit her website at: www.angelanswers11.com.

Marie Antoinette Kelley will be my final guest. She is such an amazing, gifted artist, and will be doing the illustrations for my next book with Hay House. Since 2010, Marie Antoinette has focused on painting people who have passed on, and has created a brand called “Portraits of the Soul.”  She has just released the first illustrated children’s book ever on near death experiences entitled Danny’s Day in Heaven. This beautifully illustrated book is loosely based on the real life story of Dannion Brinkley, the New York Times bestselling author of Saved by the Light.  You can visit her at www.portraitsofthesoul.com.

If you’ve ever wondered what happens to us after we die, make sure to tune in to the Angel Quest Radio Show on Saturday, May 4 at 1:05pm Eastern Time on www.wrcr.com. Fulfill Your Dreams With New Beginnings This Spring

April 18th, 2013 → 8:32 am @

Now that it’s spring, it’s a good time to begin the project that you’ve been putting off for a long time. You know the one. The book your fingers have been itching to write. The painting you’ve pictured in your mind so many times that you know how each brush stroke will fall. Maybe even a bigger project, like starting a new business or learning a new skill. Now is the time to do whatever is in you to do. I understand that starting a new project, especially one as intimidating as a book, a painting, or a new business, is daunting. In fact, I believe most of us need a little additional motivation to take that first step. This is where the Law of Attraction comes into play to help you.

Remember, your thoughts and emotions create your reality. To use this to your advantage, focus on how great you’ll feel when the book is finished. Imagine how the paper grain of your finished manuscript feels under your fingertips as you place it in the envelope to send to the publisher. Let the emotions of pride and satisfaction fill you now, as it will when the last sentence on the final page is written. Or, envision how your painting will look on your wall, and how you will feel when your friends come over for coffee and ask, “Did you paint that?” Whatever your project is, it’s important to feel how good it will feel when your project is completed. And that emotion will help to carry you over any hurdles you may encounter, from the beginning to the very end.

I use this in my own life all the time, and the results have been amazing! Before I published Through the Eyes of Another, I had an agent who never returned my calls, and I was very upset. The day our contract expired, I didn’t know what to do, but I thought “at least I can find someone else, or do something on my own.” I sat down to meditate and asked the angels what I should do now, and one word popped into my consciousness: “Balboa.” I thought to myself, “What? Are the angels calling me Rocky Balboa? What does Balboa mean?” I went to my computer and typed in the word. What came up on my search results page was that the top spiritual publishing house, Hay House, had just opened a new division called “Balboa Press.” Well, I signed up with Balboa Press that day.  However, I had always wanted to be a Hay House author and I wasn’t quite there yet.

Let me back track a little here. A year earlier, I began focusing on how great it would feel if the president of Hay House called and asked me to come aboard there. Then six months after self-publishing with Balboa Press, I received an email from the President of Hay House asking to meet me at their New York “Movers and Shakers” event. He wrote that he wanted to give me important news. When we finally met, he asked me to become the first Balboa Press author to come aboard at Hay House! I was thrilled. I am now a Hay House author and I am living my dreams. I’m even writing another book for them that will be released in the beginning of next year.

And if I can live my dreams, so can you! The Law of Attraction works like a magnet. Use the polarity of your thoughts, and most importantly your emotions, to pull you in the direction you wish to go. Today, focus on the feeling of succeeding at the thing you’ve always wanted to try and let it lead you forward!

Many blessings to you!

Psychic Guide and Afterlife Expert Karen Noe Gives Tips on How to Know When Angels Are Present

April 15th, 2013 → 9:29 pm @

Karen Noe is founder of The Angel Quest Center, where she gives psychic readings, teaches classes, and practices alternative healing. In this blog post, she teaches her readers that they also have the power to connect with angels.

Ramsey, NJ – April 15, 2013 – Hay House Author and Psychic Guide Karen Noe, Founder of The Angel Quest Center, recently published a blog on her website (http://www.KarenNoe.com) on one of the many signs angels and loved ones who have passed give us to let us know they are around. In this post she shares her stories of angels who like to play with electricity – turning on lights and opening garage doors – to signal their presence.

Karen Noe writes,” We all have the ability to connect with angels and loved ones who have passed, and they are out there just waiting for us to acknowledge them. Angels give us signs all the time letting us know that they’re around us, but we have to be alert and pay attention to recognize them.”

Angels Like to Play – Pay Attention

April 12th, 2013 → 9:27 pm @

We all have the ability to connect with angels and loved ones who have passed, and they are out there just waiting for us to acknowledge them. Angels give us signs all the time letting us know that they’re around us, but we have to be alert and pay attention to recognize them. One of the funniest ways they choose to get our attention is by playing with electricity.

Hey, who turned off the lights? Or turned them on…

Last week, I met with a woman named Dorothy to connect with her husband who had passed. In the reading, her husband said he had been the one opening and closing her garage door. Dorothy could hardly believe it, “At 2 a.m. sometimes, my garage door opens – that’s him?” It sure was!  And he wasn’t finished. Over the weekend, I had my boyfriend over at my house, and I heard my own garage door open by itself. I didn’t know how that happened. Then Dorothy’s husband came to me when I was meditating a few days later and told me he was the one who had done that as well. I called Dorothy to tell her about my unexpected visit from him, and she was amazed!

I really don’t know how angels manipulate electricity, but they do. They switch lights and televisions off and on, and make light bulbs flicker. Have you ever turned on the radio to the exact song you needed to hear? Those are angels – or your deceased loved ones – reaching out to you to say “hello,” “I’m here,” “I’m well.” If they’re not getting your attention, they’ll try any means to let you know they’re around you!

Maybe it’s because angels and loved ones are energy themselves. We are energy, and the energy of who we are continues after we die. That energy doesn’t begin or end – it just changes form. And, energy attracts and affects other energy – whether it’s emotional, spiritual, or PG&E.

So the next time your kitchen light flickers, it might be time to change the bulb, or it might be time to say hello to someone you haven’t seen in a while.

Many blessings to you!
